The deposit will be refunded to you when the equipment is returned. You may also use this form to request use of the Guild’s exhibition 10’ x 10’ tent. There is a charge of $100 per exhibit to use the tent, so your deposit will not be returned. You will be responsible for paying for any damage that may be incurred while the tent is in your possession.
