For twenty years I have had the opportunity to spend much of my time in two of the most beautiful castles in Sörmland in Sweden. Södertuna Castle was my workplace for ten years and the last twelve years at the scenic Yxtaholm Castle. My most important tasks have been to develop these gems to become places to be a guest, where you enjoy good food and are generally given a wonderful experience. For the past three years I have had special assignments, mostly wedding celebrations and big parties. It's been amazing with all these happy, handsome bridal couples. Everything will work from morning to night, all flowers will come to fruition and all details will match. It's been a lot of work but a lot of fun. After many years of cooperation with Yxtaholm Castle, I have now made a decision. I finish my assignments there to continue in my own direction!
