Map Location

Please use the address of the location where you will be exhibiting!

Each studio will be given a Guestbook for visitor sign-ups. Experience tells us that it’s very helpful to have someone at your front door to greet guests and keep a count of the number of people who visit your studio. You can ask them to sign the Guestbook if you want their contact information for your own use. If they are already on our mailing list there is a box for them to check so that their information will be overwritten incorrectly, deleting them from our mailing list!!

If they do sign your Guest Book, encourage them to PRINT LEGIBLY! After the tour, please type all your visitor information into the spreadsheets (see the buttons at the bottom of the page) and send to membership@mcost.org. You can keep a copy for your own personal mailing list info.

Review of Tour Guidebook

Each participating artist will be emailed their completed listing and ad (if appropriate) for the Tour Guidebook before publication (expected to be sent on December 1).

You will need to proof your name, address, phone number, website, email and map location and submit any correction. If no response is made by the specified date, there will be NO changes made and book will go to print. Please remember, this will be a short window for reviewing and will only be emailed one time!
